How To Attach The Baloo Duvet Cover To Weighted Blanket?
Most people find it hard to attach a weighted blanket to a duvet cover, but I personally didn’t face any such problem with the Baloo weighted blanket cover. It was fairly easy to insert the weighted blanket inside it.
You can do it single-handedly but if you can get helping hands then it is much easier and less time-consuming to do it. Here is how to put a weighted blanket in the Baloo duvet cover.
1. First thing first, lie the weighted blanket flat on the bed.
2. Now turn the Baloo duvet cover inside out and arrange it flat on the top of your weighted blanket.
3. You will see several strings on each side of the Baloo cover. Tie the strings on the loops provided on the weighted blanket. Make sure you tightly tie the weighted blanket onto the cover, or else it may move inside while sleeping. Just leave the string at the open end of the cover untied, you have to tie it later.
4. Next, from the open end of your Baloo weighted blanket cover, reach your hands to the end corners of the cover. Now, you have to simply pull the cover right side out.
5. Lastly, tie the string on the opening end of the cover and enclose the button closure.
With this, you have perfectly attached your weighted or non-weighted blanket to the Baloo duvet cover and you are now ready for a restful sleep.
How Does Baloo Duvet Cover Blanket Feel? My Experience With It!
If I have to describe it in one word I will say it feels like a luxury. The softness of the duvet cover feels so good on the skin that you would not want to wake from the bed. Also, since the cover is made from linen it is 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly therefore it provides me a guilt-free sleep.
Also, it is highly breathable which allows air to pass through its fabric and hence keeps the temperature inside the blanket in control. In simple words, it won’t let you sweat while sleeping. If you are a hot sleeper then must have already bought yourself a cooling weighted blanket like the Baloo living blanket itself.
Now if you use a nonbreathable cover on your cooling weighted blanket then it will be of no use, but that won’t be the case with this breathable cover from Baloo.
In my case, I have used a cooling blanket with a breathable duvet cover (both from Baloo) and I can’t tell you how good the combination has come out to be. Overall, I had a great experience with the Baloo duvet cover and can recommend it to you without any fear of being called biased.
Is Baloo Duvet Cover Washable?
The Baloo Duvet cover is machine washable and dryer safe so you don’t have to worry about maintaining it. I myself washed it in the washing machine and I can tell you that from my personal experience. Also, the good thing is that the fabric does not bleed the dye and hence the color of the cover remains as it is for a long time to come.
Also, one thing I notice after washing the cover couple of times is that the cover gets softer each time. The first time I got the duvet cover it was slightly on the rough side but it got softer after each wash. Also, you can iron your duvet cover to make it wrinkle-free after washing it to ensure the long life of the cover and make it feel smoother on the skin.

After using the Baloo Duvet cover for over a few months I can say that it’s totally worth the investment. I know it is a bit on the expensive side but the luxury it provides is unmatchable.
